Out staff is specially trained to offer patients the highest quality hearing health care.

Catherine Porter, Owner,
received her bachelor's degree from SUNY Potsdam in Psychology with a concentration in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She began her career with Maico Hearing Aid Service in March of 1978 and purchased the practice in January 1986. Catherine is a New York State Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser, a former secretary and board member of the New York State Hearing Aid Society and board-certified member of the International Hearing Aid Society. She keeps active in these organizations and remains state-of-the-art with numerous continuing education courses.

Patti Kopylczak, M.S., CCC-A,
is a New York State Licensed Audiologist. She received her master's degree in Audiology at Syracuse University. Also a New York State Registered Dispenser, Patti has been practicing in the Syracuse area since 1994. She began her affiliation with Maico in March of 1999 and is currently a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Patti's expertise covers a broad spectrum of digital fitting options, based on her continuing participation in a curriculum of continuing education courses.
